Cashflow Planner/Forecasting

Hello,

My client wants to use a cashflow/forecasting tool and I know QB is withdrawing theirs.  My client has certain suppliers that are paid by BAC's and others that are paid by credit card. QB would just put all due invoices into the planner and the bank account, this would mean amending them or even deleting.

For instance if AA Ltd has a due date of 31st March its picked up in the cashflow for that date from the bank, but we always pay them via credit card and equally receive another 30 days 'credit'.

Is there an app that we can link to QB that will show all the bank / credit cards and allow us to allocate a supplier to that payment method and then look at each one independently?

Thank you in advance

Cashflow Planner/Forecasting

Hello Welly67, thanks for joining the QuickBooks Community

I'd like to share some recent updates on the changes that we're making to the Cash Flow Planner in QuickBooks Online UK.

The Cash Flow Planner itself is not being discontinued, however, the forecasting element (that displays projected revenue) will be removed from 18th March, 2024.

This is to give way for a new solution coming in the near future powered by AI. The date for this is TBA, but you can keep up with the latest product updates & innovations here. Hope this helps!

Thank you - I would have hoped that they would have put the alternative in place before they removed the old version.  I am looking at external software as my client needs this facility now
