In the Customer module, when choosing any customer, the status defaults to OPEN.
How can we default the status to show ALL ? Tried clearing cookies, cache, tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge and all are defaulting to OPEN.

This is unusual, and we don't have any similar reports of this at the moment.
Please try clearing the cache (for a period of all time) and then remove the Intuit-specific cookies from your browser. On Chrome:
1. At the top right, select the More ⋮ icon.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Privacy and security.
4. Select Cookies and other site data.
5. Select See all cookies and site data.
6. Type 'intuit' in the search bar to find Intuit cookies.
7. Select Remove all shown or the trash can icon.
8. Restart Google Chrome for the changes to take effect.
