Hello, sureguardss.

I can help you in changing your address into your invoices.

Here's what you'll need to do:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Click Company in the left navigation menu.
  4. Go to the Address section, then click the pencil icon.
  5. Enter the address that you'd want to show on the invoice.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click Done.

Please keep in mind that this change won't affect those previously created invoices. It will only be applied moving forward.

That's it! Your new address should now show in your invoices.

Invoice address

What if you don't have "company" in the navigation panel?  I don't have that so how do I change my invoice address?

Hi @catman0210,

Let me share my thoughts as to why you don't see the Company tab in question.

A reason why you don't see the Company tab is due to access rights. If you're not an admin user, and if your master admin didn't provide you admin access, then this tab will be missing from the Account and Settings page. You can either ask your master admin to change it for you or ask them to give you admin access.

If you're the master admin, then please follow these steps:

  1. Open your browser's private window.
    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  2. Clear your browser's cache.
  3. You can also open a different browser if available, to see if that helps.

Just in case, you can forward this article to your master admin: Give administrator rights to a user. As the name states, you can find the steps on how to change a user's access to the same level as an admin.

I'll be around in case you need further help. Leave a comment below, and I'll get back to you shortly.
