Depending what package you are on currently you might need to upgrade to QuickBooks online Plus to be able to use them. Once upgraded to plus there is no extra charge to produce PO's. That is included within your subscription price. The only thing you would pay extra for is payroll and if you have any 3rd party apps linked to your QuickBooks account.
