Hello psArt, Can you connect via the browser rather than the app as the phone has security which may affect pop-ups completing the page itself. Do you then get the message?Thanks
This is my problem. When I try to add to the community conversation that isn't a reply to someone else's discussion, All the time I spent explaining my issue ends with this and my time out the window. I checked my Java script settings and use Chrome browser. I should be able to post new threads!

Once you have successfully added a hire date, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is done to speed up the process next time you do a transaction in QuickBooks Online. Also, an alternative way is to use other compatible browsers.
