Hello Carneil,
Thank you, however this doesn't help me, when will this issue be resolved ?
I need to be able to upload my past trip information, I have all the information in a CSV file, why can a simple CSV upload be added to the uploads ?
1. Create a database table to store the CSV file data. This can be done using the CREATE TABLE command in SQL.
2. Create an interface for users to upload the CSV file. This can be done using a HTML form.
3. Write a script to parse the CSV file and insert the data into the database table. This can be done with a combination of PHP and SQL commands.
4. Test the system to make sure that the data is being inserted correctly and is visible in the database.
5. Add authentication and authorization methods to the system to ensure that only authorized users can upload files. This can be done using a combination of PHP and SQL commands.
Cheers
Thank you for coming back to the Community, KHConsult

This still has not been resolved. I cannot import on my end either. If there are new directions to correctly importing, those should be updated in the FAQ, as right now it is still showing instructions from 2022.
This isn’t helpful and does not work. You are lying about the issue being resolved, as it clearly has not been.
Can this please be chased up with a technical team with an accurate update regarding when it will be fixed?
So far my experience with Quickbooks has been difficult, and all recent reviews mention that issues are not being fixed.
This is not the kind of service we want you to experience, @R3gsoor and @Beabo. I'm here to help you fix this issue.
Since you're still experiencing the same issue in importing your Google trips into QuickBooks Self-Employed, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to see if the problem is within your browser. In most cases, cache-induced browsers can affect the program's performance and hinder you from doing the tasks. You can start by accessing your account in an incognito or private browser. For easier access, you can refer to the shortcut keys below:
You can import the trips into the program. If this works, you can clear your browser's cache to delete and remove them from your browser and start with a clean slate.
However, if the issue persists, you can reach our Customer Support to review and investigate it further.
Moreover, you can also manually add the trips to track the mileage in QuickBooks.
Our team will be here if you have other questions or need further assistance in managing trips in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Tried all these steps and they're not helpful.
I regretted using QuickBooks services.
This still has not been resolved. I get emails confirming this hasn’t been fixed, telling me the technical team are “still working on it”. Sure. Quickbooks really don’t care
We appreciate you for joining us here in the thread, 0973. Let me route you to the support that can assist you further with fixing this concern.
Upon reviewing your post, I can see that you have already followed the steps provided by our colleague. Since the issue persists, I recommend contacting the support team to investigate this matter. Let me guide you through the process:

Yeah... I don't expect a fix anytime soon if not ever. I had to go through and log EVERY SINGLE ONE of my trips. I feel like this whole thread is a lost cause and the same ineffective response will be given to anyone who comes here with the issue. Such a joke.
