You’ll have to ensure the file format of your receipts is compatible with QuickBooks Online, Andrea.

Before uploading receipts to your account, make sure to remove any sensitive information to protect your privacy. Also, supported file formats include PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG images.

If you’re using a newer iPhone or iPad, your photos may be saved in HEIC format. With that, you can convert HEIC images to a compatible format.

Then, you can upload receipts from your computer or Google Drive, and each image or file should only contain a single receipt. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to Transactions, then Receipts.
  3. Select Upload from computer or Upload from Google Drive.

If you upload these through your mobile device, refer to Step 1 outlined in this article: Upload your receipts.

I’ll leave this thread available for any further queries.
