Hello
We want to turn on Multicurrency on QBO Plus and know that we will no longer be able to use Cashflow Planner, we don't use this anyway so isn't an issue.
Does anyone know if you can still run the Cashflow Statement reports with Multicurrency turned on?
Any help would be appreciated.
Many thanks
Lisa
Hi lisa751, the cashflow statement reports are separate to the cashflow planner and so you can still access and run this after enabling multicurrency. :)
Hi Lisa, the Statement of Cash Flows Report can be ran when multicurrency is enabled as it's separate to the Cashflow tool; we apologise for any misinformation given on the other thread.
Thanks Georgia.
Is there an email address for support that I could have to provide feedback please?
Thanks
Lisa

Hi AbegailS
I wanted to pass on feedback regarding my experience with trying to get information on Multicurrency and having 2 separate online chats, both giving conflicting information, to then coming onto the community board and posting on 2 separate ones to again be told conflicting information by QBO employees then talking to someone on the phone who gave their opinion......I'm not 100% sure who to believe which doesn't give me any confidence to turn Multicurrency on!
Surely it shouldn't be too difficult for the support team to actually know the product they are working on?!?!?!
Hi there, lisa751.
I appreciate you for sharing your feedback or thoughts regarding your experience with Multicurrency. Please know that we always make great efforts to deliver customer satisfaction at all times and provide detailed information to manage your data. I'll be sharing some clarification about Multicurrency and Cash Flow to ensure you can achieve what you need.
The cash flow is the amount of money moving in and out of your business and bank account. While multicurrency helps you record foreign transactions. With this, you can still run the Statement of Cash Flows report even if Multicurrency is turned On. I attached screenshots below for visual reference.
Lastly, you may refer to this article to see various details on how cash flow in QuickBooks Online works in the program: Track your cash flow in QuickBooks Online.
