Hello QuickBooks I need a report that is similar to this one with proper narration and running balance please help. I want to send this report to my suppliers
This is I just created on excel I need a similar report like this that I can give to my suppliers. You are a professional you should know a similar report that is complete like this one
HI Coolen0ugh From the information on the spreadsheet it appears that the most suitable report that shows Bills and bill payments would be the Bills and applied payments report. You would however have to include the open balance column by selecting the customise icon > Rows/Columns > Open Balance. There isn't a report that provides debit and credit columns similar to your attachment.
The 'Supplier Balance Detail' report will show a running balance and a column - 'Amount' - containing both the debits and credits. Currently, there is no report that will show two separate columns for debits and credits for the supplier, we'd be grateful if you could leave feedback for this by going to the Cogwheel > Feedback within your account.
