Amending invoice template

I have installed Quickbooks Desktop 2021 upgrade and I saw a message saying I should amend the invoice template to add text saying "This is not a VAT invoice".  Where do I put this and how do I amend the template?

Many thanks

David

Hello DBR97👋. Welcome to the Community In the 2021 Desktop version you can amend the invoice template by going to  Lists > Templates> then if you choose the invoice (to do this you just double click)>go into the Layout Designer. You should then be able to edit the template. If you have any further queries on this please do not hesitate to reach out to us here.

Hi Emma,

Are you the same Emma who kindly helped on the Facebook group?   With guidance from there I have managed to make the change and printed an existing invoice to ensure it looks ok - and it does.

I was very cautious because although I have been using QB for several years I wouldn't regard myself as an experienced user especially when changes are needed.

Thanks again for your help and advice.
