You're referring to the transactions on the register, correct? If so, the ability to change their type is currently unavailable. As a workaround, you can either delete and recreate them with the correct type or change their mapping if they're imported transactions.
Here's how to delete them:
- In QuickBooks Online (QBO), go to the Accounting menu at the left pane to get to the Chart of Accounts.
- Click the Account history under the Action column on the account they're posted.
- Select the transaction, then tick Delete.
- Hit Yes to complete the process.
- Once done, you can now recreate them.
