Currently, there isn't any reported issue when posting invoice amounts through the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app, @mail34. Let me share further details about this and guide you with some troubleshooting steps to fix this matter.
Your QBO mobile app's stored data may be full that's why you're experiencing some unusual behavior using the system. You'll have to clear your app data to refresh the system and remove the older files that cause the issue There are two places to execute the process. In the app itself and your device settings.
In the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app:
In your Android device's Settings:
After that, close the app to make sure the system is fully refreshed. Then, reopen it to post the invoice amount again.
In case the issue persists, you can uninstall and reinstall the QBO app on your Android device. This way, you're able to fix any issues you've encountered that affect you while recording your business transactions.

Thanks for the quick response. I have tried all the suggested steps including reinstalling the App but the problem still persists.
Hi mail34 We're aware of the issue and our engineers are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.In the meantime you should be able to create the transaction if you enter all the other data first and then the amount.
