Hi there, CaptainEon.

 

I've tried editing a couple of my invoice templates and I was able to do it and save the changes.

 

If you haven't yet, I'd recommend trying out some troubleshooting steps that can resolve issues like this. 

 

Start by logging in to QuickBooks on a private or incognito session.  This will let us check if a browser issue is causing the custom forms page to not load up properly. If you can edit the invoice layout, switch back to a regular browser and delete your browsing history. This is to clear out all the internet files or cached that're causing the issue. 

 

You can also use a different browser and edit the invoice template from there. You can use:

 

  • Mozilla
  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Internet Explorer
  • Safari
