Can I please confirm when you refer to the pending invoices do you mean sales orders? When checking Desktop this looks to the only transaction type which posts to this account.
All my pending customer invoices are also missing from that conversion, as well. I was not told this would happen. I have about 50 very complex invoices in "pending" QBD that I simply cannot locate in QBO - they were awaiting the owner to approve them, which she finally has. The bills are showed closed out (meaning they were importted into an Invoice) but that Invoice is no where to be found.
Once you switch from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QuickBooks Online (QBO), some of your data won't convert when migrating.
Let me explain what converts to QBO and what you can expect when moving your data such as invoices.
Some invoice features in QBDT aren't available in QBO. This can be the reason why you're unable to find your pending sales transactions. For more details, check this list of how your invoice data will convert.
Logos will convert
PO No will convert to Custom Field 1
Sales Rep will convert to a Custom Field
Subtotals don’t convert but are included in the Description field.
Progress Invoices (invoices based on estimates) and their extra fields are don’t convert.
