To troubleshoot the issue, please try clearing the cache and cookies on the browser that you're using and then fully close and re-open this before signing back into QuickBooks to print the invoice. :woman_technologist:
Hello J-Stavey98, Welcome to the Community. What happens when you click the print icon, does the page freeze, or does it not get that far? If the page does not load at all can we ask you to try loading QB in Chrome on a private/incognito window and let us know if you experience the same issue with the invoices not loading?Thanks
Hi there, the invoices print but the writing I add to the invoice doesn’t appear. My other quickbooks app works with printing and my printer is working OK. Is there anything I can do? I’ve attached the photo
