Recurring Estimates

Hi

I want to set up some recurring estimates for some of my customers that have a certain product renewal every year, i can set up a recurring estimate but there doesn't seem to be the check box to send these out automatically which is what i want to do, otherwise it seems pointless setting up a recurring estimate as i still have to go in and manually send the estimate every year. Does anyone have any idea how i can do this.

QuickBooks doesn’t have an option to automatically send recurring estimates. Since estimates act as quotes or negotiation documents, they usually require a quick review before being sent to a customer, which is why an auto-send feature isn't available for this transaction type.

 

I highly recommend submitting this as feedback to our product development team so they can consider adding it in future software updates.
