WooCommerce Payments

We currently have a webstore selling books and other printed materials using WooCommerce. We are looking to connect WooCommerce with QBO and wanting to know:

  1. When an order comes in from woo and it has been processed through our payment processer, will the payment type be designated on the invoice and be marked as paid or will we have to manually select the payment type after import?
  2. When a payment is processed in Woo using our payment processer some payments will not be deposited in our bank account for days/weeks. Does QBO have the ability to designate those invoices in some way until the payment is deposited?

To address your queries, when WooCommerce is connected to QBO, the invoice status will be automatically updated to PAID in QuickBooks once the order/payment is marked as complete on your WooCommerce store. 


However, the payment type assigned and how the invoice payment is deposited is dependent on how WooCommerce maps the information in QuickBooks.
