Let's make sure that the transaction doesn't exceed $5,000. Additionally, we can make up to 5 transfers in a rolling 7-day period totaling no more than $10,000.

Why would it take 3-5 days when I’m paying an additional fee for immediate?

QuickBooks Checking Instant funds transfer will be sent to your external account within 30 minutes. However, depending on the receiving bank, a few factors can cause delays.
While transferring funds with QuickBooks is processed immediately, fees, limits, and holds will vary based on the Deposit Account Agreement or your receiving bank. Also, please note that instant transfers are not yet available in QuickBooks Money mobile apps. We recommend using a desktop or a computer device to process fund transfers.
