Before we start, may I know what bank is connected to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account? Any additional information would help us identify if there are reported issues with the bank.
In the meantime, let's manually update your bank account to refresh the connection. This way, QuickBooks will download your latest transactions. Here's how:
- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Click Banking/Transactions from the left menu.
- Choose the appropriate bank account.
- Select Update.
If your bank transactions aren't downloading, you'll want to check with your bank to know if there's an issue on their end.
