copy of my statement from qb

Good day, patti.

You can obtain a copy of your statement from QuickBooks if you have connected your bank. I can show you how.

Follow the steps below to view the bank statements:

  1. Go to the My apps menu and hover your mouse over Accounting, then Reconcile.
  2. On which account do you want to reconcile? field, select the Bank account.
  3. At the top right section of the Reconcile page, click History by account.
  4. Select Attachments in the Statements column to open it.

If you haven't linked your bank account or would like to add a bank statement to a reconciliation manually, refer to this article: Get bank statements directly from your bank when you reconcile.

Alternatively, if you're referring to the QBO subscription statement, navigate to the Subscriptions and billing page and then select View payment history. Understand your QuickBooks Online subscription invoice to learn more about your billing cycle.

Otherwise, run a reconciliation report to ensure your books are accurate once you have attached your statements. If you need personalized guidance on monitoring your business finances, seek help from our QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted.

Please leave a comment below if you're referring to something else. Any follow-up inquiries about statements or billing are also welcome.
