Buy now & saveFor the past couple of days, when I download my bank transactions, it shows that they have been downloaded to QBO but I can't see the actual transactions below the boxes with the bank account info. Anyone else experiencing this? I've tried from two different computers and same results. I have 3 bank accounts in QBO and 2 of them are showing downloaded transactions, "6" in one account and "3" in the other but the actual transactions are not below like usual. Thanks!
I'm having the same issue. The downloaded transactions appear every now and then but disappear as quickly as they appeared. Also noticed that the response to the account that you select is very slow and delayed. Noticed the issue on Saturday, 4/26 and its still happening this morning.
Same here - the downloaded transactions appeared yesterday for an hour, then disappeared on my next access to my data.
Also not appearing - the link to enter the registers.
Using Safari on Mac OS 15.4.1
2023 MacBook Pro
Same issue in Firefox
I am having the same problem! Everything worked fine Friday morning. When I logged back in Friday night, I couldn't see any of the banking information. In fact, I can't access anything. I've tried just about everything. I cleared the cache, I tried accessing the information from the browser, I tried accessing it from my tablet instead of the computer but nothing worked. My next step would be to uninstall and reinstall the app but I'm just not sure that will work. I hope someone gets back to us soon with a solution.

You misunderstand the problem - there is nothing wrong with the bank connection. The bank transactions page has stopped drawing properly.
As you can see from the screenshot below I have 4 downloaded transactions in the second account on the page. But the space below that indication is blank. The transactions are not showing up - the page stops downloading before it is done - and not only are the transactions missing - the link to open the register for that account is also missing.
Same exact problem here.
