Thank you for choosing our services and welcome to our community, @Sheryl1018.
Let me guide you through the steps on how you can create a QuickBooks account with us. First, you need to sign-up for the service then establish your profile after.
To start with, choose your plan from this link: QuickBooks Self-Employed Packages. From there, you can choose to buy and avail of the current promotion.
Then, click the Buy now button for the product you think will work for your business. After that, you will be prompted to sign up and create your Intuit account. This is what you will use when logging in to your QBSE company file.
Once done, you'll be able to see and set the company file information. To get started with the program, here are some getting started guides and tutorials you can follow:
If you have any other questions or concerns, please post here again. I'll be right here to help you further with starting your QBSE account. Have a nice day!
I have purchased and have been paying for for over six months!! The only place my link will take me to is the online payroll which I have had and have been using for several years. When I look for the place to track my expenses all I get is the online payroll! I have tried and tried to get a real person to help me to no avail. I'm operating my business from 7-7 daily so ....
Let me help you log in to the correct account, @Sheryl1018.
I understand how much you want to sign in to the correct account. In your case, you may be using the sign-in URL for an existing account in QuickBooks Online Payroll recently. To locate the QuickBooks Self-Employed account and check your expenses, you can click the Gear icon on the top right and select Switch company. You'll see this button when you have multiple companies in QuickBooks under one account that uses the same username and password.
However, if you're not seeing the company that you're looking for that shows expense records, I suggest using this sign-in link for QuickBooks Self-Employed and running this in an incognito or private browser: https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login. This mode doesn't have a browsing history that enables you to log in to your account directly after entering your username and password.
You can follow one of these keyboard shortcuts:
If it persists, I recommend contacting our Care Support team through your account by clicking the (?)Help menu on the top right, then follow these steps:
From there, our agent will be able to pull up your details on file and share with you more ways to log in to the account you use for tracking your expenses. To see their available hours, you can reference this article for more details: Contact QuickBooks products and services Support.
