I have 2 accounts

Hello there, ckiger-indy-rr-c.

Are you trying to cancel one of your two accounts? If so, you can follow the steps I've outlined below.

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  2. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps.
  6. You'll receive a confirmation about the process via email.

Or do you want to create one login credential for your two accounts? Then, you can move them all into one account.

Check out this article to guide you through the process: Sign in to multiple QuickBooks Online companies with one user ID. It provides instructions and detailed steps to help you easily switch between two accounts.

If those cases above aren't your concerns, please click the Reply button below. Then, add more details about it.

I'll be right here to help you and provide the information that you need. Take care always!
