Hi there, @lriberio. When you send an invoice through QuickBooks Online (QBO) and your customer pays using an Intuit-processed link, you will need to enter a verification code to log into your Merchant Service account. After entering the code, the transaction will be verified, and the payment will automatically be recorded in your QBO.

You can check your email or mobile phone associated with your Intuit ID to find the 6-digit code. Once you have completed the verification, QBO will recognize the customer payment and automatically generate a payment transaction to clear the customer's invoice.
