Here's what you can do while your deposits are on hold in QBO:
Step 1 is to see payments on hold.
Sign in to the Merchant Service Center to check customer payment status. If you still see "Withheld" in the Method column, payment is still on review and checking. If there's an issue, you'll receive an email about it.
Step 2 is to check your email.
We'll let you know if payment is ever on hold. You'll receive an email at the email address you used in signing in to the Merchant Service Center.
If you received an email, read it carefully. It has specific steps for fixing the issue. Follow the in the email. Once done, we will complete the review within two business days and finish the payment process.
