The whole point of my plea for help to the community was that I had already phoned multiple times on multiple days, as well as that morning. I had two case numbers assigned, and multiple chats. Yesterday's chats both ended with the person just leaving. The last one, after over an hour of time. I tried to upload it with the sensitive information removed, but the website won't let me in any form I have tried. Which is especially frustrating, because I can't be the only one this is happening to.
The bottom line is if you need help and the only way you can get help is to go through this process and it still results in nothing, what can you do? If the answer is just keep doing the thing that isn't working, that's not comforting, but it is certainly time consuming. -Tracy
