I have gone through all the steps. Been doing the IT thing for 40 years so the technical terms don't scare me.

I am having this same 15103 error message on a computer that is not being used as a server. I've gone through all the steps, including file doctor. I open my firewall wide open as suggested. The one thing I noticed is that the security certificate included with QBW.exe says it expired on March 25, 2025. How do I update this security certificate?
