payroll not syncing
I received the error that my payroll is not syncing. I discovered that when payroll was run Quickbooks took it from a bank account that it duplicated instead of the actual bank account that payroll is mapped to. I tried to merge these accounts together, however, the payroll still won't sync.
I'm wondering:
1. How to tix the sync payroll error
2. Why is Quickbooks creating this duplicate bank account (this is the 3rd time it has happened-but first time the error can't be fixed).
I have been on hold all day today and a few days ago and no agents have been able to solve the problem.
