What QB Desktop year version do you run? 2024 or older?

QuickBooks 2024 Version R18_47.
I receive Error 557 when I select Account/Billing Information under the Payroll Service tab. I also receive Error PS036 when I try to do a payroll update or click the error icon on the home page to verify subscription

I originally thought this issue was a payroll subscription problem. It is actually a problem with the desktop subscription. When I press F2 it shows account is activated but I can only access in View Only Mode now.
Can you login to CAMPS and find your license status there?
You can renew your license thru a reseller and get $200 cashback to lower your cost.
My subscription is valid through May of 2026. I should not have to renew at this time.
