Printing W2s - Alignment

Let's do some text adjustments to align the text on your W-2 forms, dawnwayman.

You can adjust the printing alignment of the text and do a print test to check the result. When doing so, you can use a blank paper to conserve the forms. From there, check the actual print against the form to see if the form printed correctly.

Apparently I am not the only one that has followed every step available and still cannot get the preprinted W2's to align. Quickbooks user since 1990. Never happened before. Wasted way too many forms already.

Maybe intuit could look at the problem and fix it with an update.

I know you've spent a lot of time trying to get the preprinted W2’s aligned. I want to make sure no additional forms are wasted, and so I would redirect you to our support team. They can check the cause of the issue and help fix this.

Here’s how:

1. Open QuickBooks.
2. Select the Help menu.
3. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
4. Click Contact Us.
5. You can enter "Printing issue" in the field, then select Continue.
6. Select your preferred support method.
