You will need a connector to do so.

I appreciate you for sharing the details of your issue, @jennykim.

Let me share some insights on how to get around this issue and access the website seamlessly.

The error 404 usually appears when the web page you're trying to reach could not be found on the server. Rest assured, I got some troubleshooting steps to isolate and fix this issue.

We can start with checking if your computer is connected to the internet, and accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) in a private browser. This usually resolves any browser-related issues. Let me show you how.

To open a private window, you can refer to these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser)
  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browser)
  • Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari versions 11 and higher )

If you're able to view the website, I suggest clearing your regular browser's cache. This will delete all the junk files and helps the browser to function efficiently. Alternatively, I recommend using other supported browsers. In that manner, we can check if this is a browser-related issue.

Once fixed, here's how you can manage Shopify with QuickBooks Commerce.

You can always get back to me if you need more help accessing the website. I'll be around to back you up. Keep safe!

I made every effort to link my Shopify website with Quickbooks, but sadly, it began to display 404 errors.

Could you please give me a simple solution to this problem?

Let me provide a few details about linking your Shopify with QuickBooks, seeqi.

One of the most popular way to connect QuickBooks Desktop to Shopify is to use a third-party application. You'll want to locate an application that allows you to sync both at Intuit Marketplace.

You'll just have to search for the app and check out if there are reviews and rating to make sure you've selected the right one the supports your business needs. Aside from that, check out its' description especially the features and benefits.  I've attached a screenshot for your visual guide:

Additionally, you may experience problems and errors, company issues and crashing in QuickBooks. Learn how to fix them using the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Please read this article for additional information: Fix common Problems And Errors With The QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub.

Reach out to us if you have any questions with integration. We're always here to help you all the time.
