Another program that will utilize quick books lists

Are there other accounting programs that will import and use quick books files (such as list of contacts, vendors, clients, invoices & estimates)?

 

Or just read Qucikbook's DB File ".Qbb'? 

 

I am looking down grade as I only use the very basic features on QBs program and trying to find a cost-effective solution.

Are you using QB Desktop Enterprise? You can still buy the one time license for QB Desktop 2021 Pro/Premier.

I am using Desktop Quick-Books 2014 Premere, Accounting Edition 

 

Is the version you are speaking of QB Desktop 2021 Pro/Premier.one time license good for more than a year and if so, what is the cost?

A one time license = you can use it for good. The same with your QBD 2014. They will support QB Desktop 2021 until May 2024. If you prefer to use 2022 version, you can buy the one time license for QB Desktop 2022 Accountant edition

However, you can look for a third-party app in our Apps Center that can move your data from QuickBooks Desktop. 

 

Simply search for the app on this webpage: https://desktop.apps.com/home.

I'm here to add some details about utilizing the QuickBooks list, ProfJimBo.

 

We're unable to recommend any third-party application that you can use. You'll want to go to Intuit Marketplace and search for the app that can cater to your business needs. Then, check out the customer's review to make sure that it's the right one for you. 

 

In connection to this, QuickBooks Desktop used to offer a one-time purchase license option. The license included customer support for three years, but you can continue to use the software after that. For now, you have to buy a yearly subscription to use QuickBooks Desktop since there is longer license pricing.
