Can't import product data CSV file

I have followed the instructions for importing product data into QBO and it returns the following message:

"We didn't import some of your data because it's already in QBO. If you still want to import it, change the info in the highlighted fields and try again."

The cells it highlighted (all of them) are all part numbers and a similar file has been imported each year. Since pricing is new every year, I need it to replace the old data with the new but the part numbers will still be the same. I'm not sure what could be different than last year. There are 400+ parts. Please help!

I'd like to share a solution to help you import the product, jskish.

When you have the same item name, make sure to select the Overwrite all values for each product or service box. This will get rid of the error and let you import the part numbers.
