@MarlysN Additionally, you may already be aware, each computer used to access your cloud hosted company must have its own licensed copy of QB software and all users must be on the same year and revision. Example is major updates like this week which normally require company files be updated as well. Which in turn makes them unable to be opened in an older revision level even of same year.
