Buy nowFrequently, and this has been an issue for a couple of years, when I go to my customer list and try to scroll through the list, it will not scroll. All I can see are a few, maybe a dozen or so customer. If I open a whole new window of QBO, it will typically solve the problem.
Another one of those nagging software issues that slows me down. And of course, it is so sporadic, I can't figure out what set of key strokes causes the software to crash.
At least I have figured out how to get around this issue, just wastes a little bit of time. Getting used to that with QBO.
Would be great if QBO could solve so I don't have to use my work around.

AH, the typical QBO response, your browser is outdated.
I know, I insist on using a random browser that isn't popular in the accounting world. But I really like using GOOGLE as my browser, since it connects across my phone and my computer. Somehow, I expected that QBO would be compatible with GOOGLE.
Does QBO have a preferred browser their programmers write code for?
The last time I contacted QBO support, after an hour of troubleshooting, I was no closer to figuring out that issue. When QBO starts paying my billing rate to help them solve their software problems, give me a shout.
For a guy who barely got through Fortran and Basic programming classes, I am amazed how often people want me to help them troubleshoot their software issues.
Hi, Schroeder2. I hear you. Yes, Intuit officially recommends Google Chrome as the preferred browser for QuickBooks Online (QBO).
QBO is compatible with most modern browsers, but Google Chrome is the primary browser that developers optimize for better performance and fewer glitches. As long as your browser is updated and meets our system requirements, everything will function properly.
I'll keep this thread open for further communication.
So, I use Google Chrome, and I still see glitches.
I really think the question is, do other users see the same glitch with their customer list.
It might be worth adding, I typically have 100+ active customers on my customer list.
