We have inventory counts off and regardless of what I do to correct it continues to be off by a factor of (1-6). I shared my screen with both a QB rep and supervisor to demonstrate the problem. On the call the QB supervisor admitted to me that other companies are having this problem too. Doesn't sound like QB has a solution? Anyone else experiencing this? It's cost us so many hours, checking inventory and dollars for products showing out of stock when they actually are not. We are now moving to a packing center and cannot continue to have this problem. Looking for a fix to the problem QB has admitted exists or another option for inventory outside of QB.

thanks so much for the response! Yes, we have done this twice. Both times it's gone up to a supervisor level and then they fail to respond with a solution. I have shared my screen with them where they have witnessed and admitted there's a problem but we have yet to receive a resolution. One of the supervisors mentioned that other companies are having this problem as well and I would imagine there are others that don't even realize it's happening.
Also appreciate the article but the issue is that many of the products are showing a deflated number in "Qty on Hand". The real number and problem is only visible when you click through to "inventory adjustments" and a quantity anywhere from 1-6 additional is showing here. Regardless of the adjustment we make it's still off by the same number, which is what I demonstrated live to a supervisor. There's no way to see this from pulling spreadsheets or looking at "quantity on Hand". Shopify and our packing center also pulls from this number so it's messing everything up.
Anyways - appreciate the quick reply and I'll keep trying. If you know how to reach someone above a supervisor level that would be very helpful.
