Are you saying QB Online now allows all zeros for the SSN, they way it should? Did you try it?
@BigRedConsulting Oh wow. I thought QB had actually resolved this the last time everybody was blowing up about it.
I shouldn't be surprised, but I'm still feeling disappointed here.
And of course it's getting blamed on the browser.

You really don't understand, do you? Tech support cannot fix this because some idiots in product development designed and coded QuickBooks this way.
The only fix is to undo this stupidity and hire people that understand payroll to work on your payroll feature.
