pro advisor support

I have been a Certified Pro Advisor for over twenty years and apparently US technical support for someone like me is not longer available.  I either get the 5 minute call back from someone in a foreign country or someone that chats and does not understand what is the problem.  The first problem is that I want a phone number for US support for Pro Advisors has promised, nobody will give me the new phone number.  My account number ends in 94633.

My first client sent accountants file transfer file to my email at hotmail, but when I clicked on download, it would not display the authentication key.  so they resent to my gmail email account and it worked.  So my second client sent their transfer file to gmail and the download will not start, the screen flashes like it wants to disply

US based support team is only available in their business hours. Ask your client to upload the QBX file on their cloud storage (e.g GDrive) and share it to you.

You'll want to log in to your QuickBooks Online Accountant account. From there, you can get the number of our ProAdvisor Support and give them a call.

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter a short description of your concern.
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose to Call us.

You'll want to configure your Internet Explorer (IE) to fix the download issue of the accountant file. Add the Intuit's URL as a trusted site, reset IE, and disable the saving encrypted pages to Disk.
