Dear team,
I have a QBO account and my subscription was expired in October, 2022. I renew the subscription through credit card and from October til today whenever I login to Quickbook and click on the the company name this message comes up:
Thank you for your patience
We have received your request and will process your sign-up shortly.
I can't pass this message. I have spent 3 weeks in livechat support and they keep asking to visit QBO Global, QBO Global team is asking to go to QBO USA and this story never ends. I have attached the screenshot of our last chat here.
