Let me share some details about the QuickBooks Pro Plus 2022, @MAKill.

In QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus, you can have 3 users that can use QuickBooks at the same time. However, the option to open multiple companies is unavailable. You can open your companies one at a time.

Additionally, QuickBooks also installs Database Server Manager on your server computer. This tool lets you share your company files with other computers over your network.

Thanks for the response but can you please elaborate "You can open your companies one at a time.".

What my query is that in One license/installation can we open up different companies/businesses or do we have to purchase separate licenses for each as in Online version?

You can use the same license to open and manage multi company files. If you need to open 2 company files at the same time on the same screen, consider using QB Desktop Premier Accountant. You can check the subscription price for QB Desktop 2022 Pro Plus from the following link
