Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. Let me discuss how the old version of QuickBooks works. Then, ensure you'll be able to track your transactions by following the details below.

QuickBooks Desktop 2002 is no longer supported and this discontinued version won't receive the latest security patches and updates. That's the reason why when you try to register the product, the website is no longer active.

However, when you use an older version of QuickBooks Desktop or you don't have access to QuickBooks Desktop, you can use a trial version of QuickBooks 2021 and open your company file. Beforehand, I recommend making sure you have saved a backup copy of your company file.

Once everything is already good, you're now able to view all the data being entered on your old QuickBooks. Then, you'll need to have an active QBDT and upgrade or use a newer version of the program since you want to use the product to keep track of inventory & print out sales invoices. This way, you can continue your data from QBDT 2002 to the latest one.
