I have a 3371-11118 error code while trying to re-install QB 2012 Desktop Pro on Lap top on which I had to replace the harddrive on the laptop. I also have this version on my desktop which is working well, QB Tool Hub gives the solution but requires all installations to be re-registered. Since QB does not support 2012 QBPro, will the desktop and laptop continue to work without having to purchase a newer version? Tech support said they longer support this version and will not give you any access codes.
Try contacting Support again and ask for the activation code. Don't tell them that you have contacted Support earlier. If they still refused to give the activation code, you don't have any option but upgrading your version. You can still purchase a one time license of QBD 2020 or 2021.
