error while in Multi User mode

When in Multi User mode QB'S will kick out two of our three users randomly throughout the day, I've tried running the file dr and made sure the server was the only PC hosting. When running a scan it does say there is an issue with the network and that it was fixed. It also tells me that QB Monitoring service isn't running but when I check services it's always running I'm not sure what else to try.

Hey there! I'm glad to see you've done some troubleshooting steps, @deerepointit123.

These are the reasons why the multi-user mode won't work and kick out some of your users:

The hosting settings are not correctly configured.
A firewall or antivirus software does not allow communication between user computers.
The database server is unable to open the company file.
Windows file permissions are not correctly set.

To troubleshoot this, first visit the folder permissions on your server computer to ensure that the folder holding your company files has permission to be on your network. Then, install the QuickBooks Data Server on your computer so that the company files will be shared with other computers on your network.

After that, set the Windows admin rights to change the firewall setting and folder permissions. Once done, turn on the hosting on your server computer.

Thank you for responding, Only the server is set to host and I already have the data base server installed I checked the firewall settings and anti virus both are set to allow QB applications for some reason though I always get QB monitoring is not running on this PC error but when I check services it is always running and set to automatic.
