Are you referring to print later box of the check forms? If so, allow me to lay down the steps with screenshot for you to visualize where the print later box is located.
Here's how:
Go to Expense.
Select the checking account that you created the check from the View/Edit.
From there, you'll see the Print later box under Check no.
Click Save and close to confirm.

I am sorry but that was in the old version. I am having an issue with this in the new version of QB online. after generating an invoice where do I mark off to print later. So I can print later in a batch.
I appreciate your quick response, rh55. Let me share with you the simplified steps for marking Print Later on your invoices.
Currently, the Print later tab is only available in the old invoice form. Just click the Old layout tab on the upper right portion of your screen. When you're there, please tick the Print later box before saving it. Here's how:
From the + New icon, select Invoice. Or you can go to Sales and select an invoice you want to mark Print later.
Click the Print or Preview option below.
Tick the box of Print later.
Then, tap Save and close.
