You’re in the right direction for help, @Rk925.

Let’s get this sorted out, so you can proceed with your company tasks in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Accountant.

Using the Condense data utility should remove the Audit Trail after performing the steps. Since the option remains on your end, we can execute some steps to troubleshoot your company file and fix typical data errors. Before doing so, please ensure that your QuickBooks Desktop is up to date.

Take note that using this feature is not reversible, you might also want to check the type of transactions that cannot be removed by this: Use the Condense Data utility

Afterward, proceeds to the steps outlined below:

  1. Go to Window, then Close All.
  2. From the File menu, click Utilities.
  3. Select Rebuild Data.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to back up your data.
  5. When the tool finishes, select OK.
  6. Go to the File menu, then click Utilities.
  7. Click Verify Data, then select Rebuild Now once QuickBooks finds an issue with your company file.

@Rk925

Consider to purchase a 3rd party service to remove your audit trail.
