Sample company file access issue

Hi

When am trying to access QuickBooks accountant 2021 desktop version sample company file am facing issue.

PFA screenshots for the reference.

 

Any pointers to this would be really appreciated

I'll share the steps on how you can access the sample company file, @satC.

 

You'll want to run the QuickBooks File Doctor tool. This helps fix issues when opening a company file including a sample file.

 

First, you'll need to download the tool hub. Here's how:

 

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download QuickBooks Tool Hub. Then, save the file on your Desktop.
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe). Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  4. Double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

 

After that, look for the QuickBooks File Doctor from the hub.

 

  1. From the launchpad, select Company File Issues.
  2. Click QuickBooks File Doctor.
  3. Follow the steps that'll guide you through the rest.

It does not seem that you read the question or reviewed the attached file from the OP.

 

How can the file doctor possiblly fix a sample file that the user can't download?

Thank You for the reply.

 

I installed the QB tool hub. When i am trying to access the QB tool , it is expecting company/sample company file. But actually i don't have any sample company file which i can input. Downloading the sample company file is the issue here.
