Is there any way to sync information about bills you pay in Bill.com into QBO anymore? Or is there no longer any way for the two programs to "speak" to each other?

Thank you for reaching out here in the QuickBooks Community, @DBarrow2.

Please take note that the integration between Bill Pay powered by Bill.com and QuickBooks Online (QBO) will no longer be available on September 18. We will be replacing it with our solution, QuickBooks Bill Pay.

Bill.com also posted a blog article letting users know about the sunset of Bill Pay powered by Bill.comhttps://www.bill.com/blog/setting-smbs-up-for-success.

Let me know if you need any further assistance with your QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm always here to assist. Have a wonderful day!

Is Quickbook's Bill Pay the only alternative, now that the connection to bill.com has been severed? There seems to be a daily limit imposed with QuickBook's Bill Pay, even when connected to our own financial institution, and that daily limit is less than some of our bills from vendors. This limit isn't explicit in the information available to your customers, and is unknown to the customer service team. (I spent an hour on a chat session trying to figure out why we couldn't pay a bill.)

Are we able to change our limits, or are there bill pay services that we can connect to our QB Online Advanced account?

Hello, @bcolumbus. Thank you for participating in this conversation.

I'm here to address your questions about QuickBooks Bill Pay and provide some alternative options for paying bills online within QuickBooks. You can explore various bill pay services by visiting the QuickBooks Online Apps website at this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/

Another way to find QBO-integrated bill pay services is by signing in to your QuickBooks account through a web browser and navigating to the Apps menu. From there, you can click Find apps and search for the desired app.

The limits imposed by QuickBooks Bill Pay depend on the plan you're currently using. For more details, you can refer to the QuickBooks Bill Pay plans Pricing page. If you have additional questions, you can reach out to our Sales department. You'll find our contact details at the bottom of the same page.

To know more about QuickBooks Bill Pay, please see this resource: Learn about QuickBooks Bill Pay.

Feel free to ask if you have any further questions about QuickBooks Bill Pay. I'm here to help. Have a great day.

Hi @ReymondO - thanks for the reply.

I only access QB via a browser (we use the online version) and I have reviewed the plans. The one factor that isn't noted on the page you linked to is what the daily limits are. Do you happen to know what that limit is?

I was just looking at the Apps and searched for Accounts Payable there, and see there are a few other options for us, which we will be exploring in the near future. In the meantime, we have other bills to pay, and need to get those taken care of.

Knowing that daily limit would be very helpful to us!

@bcolumbus

You can sign up a free Melio account as a workaround.

You can get $100 cashback to pay the first bill.

@ReymondO  - Actually I did reach out, as you suggested, and the customer service representative could not tell me what our limit was. I find that rather problematic. She did submit a request to others for it, and I'm waiting to hear back.

Thank you @4Gal, but when I looked at Melio it indicated it's only business-to-business transactions. Our business sometimes has to pay an individual. Am I misunderstanding their service?

@bcolumbus

Bill.com still works with QBO, but you need to have a standalone Bill.com account and use their sync tool.  Only the integration in QBO is discontinued.
