I've been getting an error message for 2 days now, stating that "Bill Pay for QB Online isn't working right now. We're on it; please try again soon". I've tried clearing my cache and logging in to an incognito browser but getting the same results. Is there an outage or is the issue on my end?

Have you tried opening your account on other browser? You may also consider opening a separate Melio account to isolate the issue.

Thank you, I was able to connect with support. It ended up being a browser setting (don't block 3rd party cookies).
I have been having the same problem. It is sporadic. The problem seems to appear and disappear on its own. My third party cookies are not blocked and pop-ups from *.intuit.com are not blocked either. I have been waiting for somebody to call back for more than 24 hours now!!!!

I’m experiencing the same. I sent the clients invoices, and they could not make payment because the credit card icons were missing when they tried to click review and pay.
