password reset tool

When I forgot my password I tried the link to reset it. When I enter my info, it says my phone number is not the one I registered with, though after checking my profile it shows that it is correct. Thoughts?

    I am trying to reset the admin password.

    The reset tool will not work for the admin I just upgraded to QB desktop 2019 and I need help immediately.  It will not let me log in states it needs to be updated and I need to process payroll this morning.

    I appreciate you running the Automated Password Reset tool to fix the problem.


    Try resetting the password using a challenge question. Here’s how:

    1. Click the I forgot my password link in the QuickBooks Desktop login screen.
    2. Enter the information asked on the form like license number for the QuickBooks you’re using, name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code used when you purchased the product.
    3. If the information you entered is correct, click OK
    4. Check the code sent to your email. Enter it in QuickBooks at your registered email address.
    5. You’ll be guided by QuickBooks to create a new admin password.

    If you continue to get the same result, check the information provided and make sure it matches with what’s in CAMPS. Check out this article for reference: Reset your password for QuickBooks Desktop.

    Allow me to help and guide you on how to reset your Gmail password so you can send Invoice to QuickBooks successfully.

     

    In order to change your gmail password, you'll need to be sign in first. Let me provide you the steps: 

    1. Open your Google Account.
    2. Under "Security," select Signing in to Google.
    3. Choose Password. You might need to sign in again. 
    4. Enter your new password, then select Change Password
