Is your employee getting an error message when logging in to his/her account? Currently, we have an ongoing investigation about being asked to enter a code when logging in to TSheets. Rest assured, our product engineers are actively working on a fix at the soonest time possible.
Meanwhile, I recommend contacting our TSheets support team. This way, they can add you to the list of affected users and notify you via email once the resolution is available. They can also check and assist you with regards to your employee's TSheets login if the issue persists.
In case your employees' are unable to access the email address associated with their TSheets account, you can use our password reset tool to fix it.

Employee has a message “Invalid username or password” deal is, it sort of works on a desktop application but acts like it needs to connect to an intuit account then won’t follow thru and gives a message like “company not found”. I checked his file thru the admin login and it looks like his login got deleted. It’s acting like he’s a new employee but when I try to re-send an invite link he never gets the email.
Note: re-sending an invite link worked for another employee we have.

I'd like to have your employee try uninstalling the TSheets application from their phone, then reinstalling, making sure he grabs the latest version of the app. Once this is done, he'll want to select the option to "log in with Intuit".
If he's still unsuccessful, have him head to accounts.intuit.com and verify that he's using the correct username/password.
If he's already accepted an invite successfully in the past and been able to log in, there's no need to continue to send him invites. If the above steps prove unsuccessful, you'll need to reach out to TSheets support so they can verify his account information, and make sure that he's connected to your account correctly.
To reach support by phone you can call (888) 836-2720 to speak with an agent. Or, to chat with us, from any TSheets web page (such as tsheets.com), on the right, select the blue "Live Chat" button. This button also appears at the bottom left of your company's TSheets dashboard.

I am an employee and my account has been doing the same thing saying my username is not right and the company is not found. I had to stay out of work, lost a days wages because of this. what can I do to fix this. my boss is getting upset with me and its not my fault.
